After the success of Vessel’s first PGA Show appearance in 2018 we could not have been more excited for our return to Florida in 2019! A year older, Vessel came back with a bang (and a bigger booth!). Since our last showcase at the PGA Show, Vessel has experienced tremendous growth in our lifestyle and golf collections which were both on display. Our booth reflected Vessel’s understated elegance and commitment to performance not only in golf, but across our lifestyle collections as well.
The main attraction at Vessel’s booth this year was the tiered display of our complete stand bag collection including our Sunday Bag, Lite Stand Bag, and best-selling Player Stand bag. With the advent of the stand bag market, we wanted to highlight our premium stand bag options. Vessel’s creative director, Jason West, explains, “We made sure we designed the booth in such a way as to highlight the complete range of stand bags alongside our established tour bags and strong lifestyle collections”.
Vessel also caught the eye of show attendees with a few pops of color! We premiered our expanded colorway collections launching SS 2019 which include metallic Rose Gold and Neo Mint. These new colorways will be available across golf and lifestyle collections as we continue to bridge the gap between carry on and off the course. Other 2019 PGA Show golf exclusives included new Staff and Mini Staff bag chassis and the Cool Stools - a new rendition of our popular Den Caddies.
Well known in the golf industry for supporting disruptive brands and tour professionals, our booth wouldn’t be complete without some of our most successful collaborations on display. Guests were able to see popular Vessel-designed bags from brands we’ve collaborated with such as GFORE and Grove XXIII as well as notable tour bags including that of Tiger Woods and Rickie Fowler’s US Open Cobra X Vessel Stand Bag.
The highlight of the show for Vessel this year was when we were awarded the PGA Show 2019 Best New Product Award for our Lite Stand bag. We’re extremely honored, humbled and grateful that our Lite Stand design received such high praises. We proudly displayed our Lite Stand bag in several colors, but it was our Rose Gold Lite Stand bag that was a big hit, especially within the female golf community (a demographic we’re looking to reach this year).
From our booth, to the award and all the amazing people we met, our time at the 2019 PGA Show was truly unforgettable.
