- Customization is the process of designing a made-to-order custom bag. Our customization process allows you to choose your own bag model, colors, material textures, logos and embroidery. The standard turnaround time for custom bags is 87 business days.
- Personalization is the process of adding a logo and/or text to any of our in-line products. Items with personalization ship within 4 weeks from the date of purchase. In-house personalization options include:
Choose from 23 colorways and 8 material textures through our online customizer. We do offer the option of dyeing new colors. If you need a bag to match a specific color, please visit www.pantone-colours.com to find the color code and we will match your color for an additional $200 per color.
Yes! If you would like to see the materials in person, you can order a Swatch Kit for $20. Once you choose the materials and colors of your liking you can return the swatch kit and will happily apply the $20 towards your custom bag order!
We require written permission from the organization to put any trademark or copyright logos on your bag.
The price of a custom bag includes unlimited logos. The exact number of logos we can fit on a bag will vary by your exact bag model and size of logos.
- In most cases, your bag will be embroidered.
- If your logo or pattern is very detailed, we will have to screen print your design.
- You can also request any logo / text to be screen printed for an additional $200.

- The standard turnaround time for a custom bag is 87 business days from the date your order is placed. Standard delivery is included in the price of your custom bag.
- Rushed shipping is available for an additional $400 per bag. Rushed turnaround time is 37 business days from the date your order is placed.
Your custom bag is hand-made from scratch just for you! For this reason, once your design has been approved we cannot accept returns on custom items.

Yes, spare panels are available for purchase. You can purchase a blank panel or add personalization to a panel. Please note, spare panels may not be available for full custom bags or discontinued style/colors. To purchase, please contact email@example.com.

Vessel warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. Should you find your bag to be defective within the warranty period, we'll offer you a free repair service. If your product is not repairable, and you're within 1 year of purchase, we'd be happy to send you a new bag.
To claim your warranty, you must provide proof of purchase. Vessel warranty covers manufacturing defects outside of normal wear and tear. With the exception of rubber feet, screws or golf bag legs, Vessel warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.
Custom items are covered for 1 year from the date you receive the bag. Vessel’s warranty on custom items covers manufacturing defects outside of normal wear and tear.
- Our microfiber synthetic leather is easy to wipe clean. Simple soap and warm water will take care of most dirt sports. We recommend using a Magic Eraser to give your bag a deep clean.
- We recommend cleaning your golf bag after rounds to avoid deep grass / dirt stains.
You can return your order for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt. To start a return, please follow the steps on our Return Policy page.

If we reduce the price of an item you purchased, we will happily adjust the sale price at your request within 14 days of your shipment date. The item must be the same color, size and model. The item must be in stock.
