At Vessel, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a refund, or exchange it for something else. Any return or exchange must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them, and in the original box and/or packaging. A refund will only be given for the cost of the item. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Please include a copy of your receipt along with the returned or exchanged goods. Custom items are nonrefundable.
